This development consists of six residential condominium towers above a landscaped three storey podium, together with villas, a shared health club and amenity area. The podium is separated by a central project entrance with landscape and water features that leads to the parking levels and steps going down to the Marina Promenade. About the Location
The Project is located in District 7 right next to Al Sahab towers and centered at the widest bay of the Marina where it reaches more than 300 meters wide.
